Do you do custom work?
Sorry, but our time is limited, and we are not available to provide custom services. We will not be able to engrave someone else’s tattoos onto our skins, nor will we be able to design a skin based on a famous figure as Ispachi should require permission from that individual in order to replicate his/her attributes.
I have accidentally deleted my skin together with a folder in my inventory, would I be entitled for a replacement skin?
All skins are sold with the appropriate permissions which allows you to make an additional copy of your purchased item(s) which can be secured into a safe folder, so in the event that you may accidentally delete your skin, you should have a backup in store. Please keep a backup as all skins, as we cannot replace items which you may have accidentally deleted.
